the hanah, an independent fashion label founded by international Chinese-South Korean fashion designer Han Yinyue, seeks to convey women’s hope for a better future. Featuring luxury from simplicity and striving for excellence, the high-end womenswear designer brand breaks away from the traditional concept of luxury with its bespoke service and designs luxury products that are accessible to the masses, enabling more women to truly experience a sense of prestige and appreciate the ultimate beauty of the designs.

Angus Tsui

During his study of Fashion Design at Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom and Fashion Design and Development at the Hong Kong Design Institute, Tsui was inspired to bridge high fashion with sustainability. Working closely with upcycling pioneers Orsola de Castro and Ada Zanditon in London, he learned the craft of sustainable design techniques and continues to incorporate these into his works today.

With environmental sustainability at the core, Angus Tsui established an eponymous label ANGUS TSUI in 2014, whose collections are known for their futuristic, avant-garde, and otherworldly qualities in the industry. ANGUS TSUI was selected among the Top 100 Designers by JOOR x NJAL 100 Project in 2020 and honoured with a Bronze Award at the DFA Design for Asia Awards in 2017. Through collaborations with leading brands in Hong Kong, Angus Tsui’s educational charity project ANCares organises workshops, seminars, and exhibitions on the topic of sustainability, securing the label’s standing as a pioneer in sustainable fashion.

Simon Kuong

Vice-President of the Macau Fashion Designer Association, and holds computing and business management degrees from King’s College London and Kingston University. Having grown up in the family clothing business, he has a keen interest in design and once worked as a web designer and graphic designer, and various roles in garment manufacturing, production, research and development. Simon founded ANIFA in 2017, and is committed to adding high-tech materials, art and functionality to fashion design. The brand concept is to create the most stunning functional clothing of the future.
